YMCA has reached an exciting stage as an organisation with approved projects to improve its internal processes and toolsets. Four main projects have commenced and include the deployment of a :-
- HR Self service portal for staff
- Sitecore as the CMS for managing website content
- Data Integration, Warehouse and PowerBI dashboards – to achieve a 360 view of our business
- CRM pilot – to achieve a 360 view of our customers
This role (2 positions available) will join YMCA led projects as the technical expert to advise, configure, integrate, rollout new IT applications or upgrade and process re-engineer the existing 30+ application portfolio
This senior role will function as a Business Partner with YMCA project owners, developing trust and a strategic relationship.
