Bachelor of Science - Construction Management, Australian Institute of Company Directorship (GAICD), Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (CPPE), Member Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and Life-Member National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC)

Laurice is the Managing Director of Ripple Affect Institute with a background in Construction Management spanning 30 years’ international experience in the project controls, procurement and project management of major infrastructure projects including the Hong Kong Airport Core Program programme, Long Island Railroad East Side Access Project, Eastlink project; and the award winning Morwell River Diversion Project.

She is an accredited Gateway Reviewer, a Graduate of the Company Director’s Course (GAICD) and a licensee of Michelle McQuaid’s – The Wellbeing Lab. As a life-member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and past appointments with the Victorian Business and Innovation Advisory Council, the Yarra Valley Grammar Board and the Victorian Ministerial Council for Small Business, Laurice has an authentic, highly engaged, and positive attitude to everything she does.
