Working or volunteering for a YMCA centre or program means that you are part of a larger organisation – you are part of YMCA Victoria. As part of this organisation you have access to benefits and assistance programs.
One of these benefits is your YMCA Staff and Volunteer Card. This card is only available to staff and volunteers who have attended the Welcome to the Y training and it entitles you to visit any YMCA-Victoria-managed health and wellness centre. You have unlimited access to the gyms, pools and group fitness classes. If you misplace your staff card and need a replacement card sent to you, please contact YMCA Training on (03) 9403 5020.

YNet is YMCA Victoria's staff intranet. Access requires a user name and password. You can log into YNet at https://ynet.ymca.org.au. Your log-in details will initially be organised by your manager or supervisor.

Access to payroll information
To access your online pay slips, you will need your password. All new staff members are assigned a Pay Profile username and password when they begin working for YMCA Victoria. Login details would have been sent to your postal address upon work commencement. For further assistance, you can email the Payroll Helpdesk.
