Staff and volunteer information

Working or volunteering for a YMCA centre or program means that you are part of a larger organisation – you are part of YMCA Victoria. As part of this organisation you have access to benefits and assistance programs.

Benefits

One of these benefits is your YMCA Staff and Volunteer Card. This card is only available to current staff and volunteers and it entitles you to access participating YMCA-managed recreation centres across Victoria. You have unlimited access to the gyms, pools and group fitness classes. The card is digital and is sent to current staff and volunteers on the first day of each month. While the card entitles you to access to participating YMCA-managed recreation centres, it won’t allow you to take the place of a paying customer. For instance, your card will not provide you access to a group fitness class if it is booked out.

Other benefits include family membership discounts, access to the Employee Assistance Program and access to the Hardship Fund (based on an application process). You can find out more about these benefits and learn about the organisation you work for by visiting YNet via the links on this page.

YNet is YMCA Victoria's staff intranet. Access requires a user name and password. You can log into YNet at https://ynet.ymca.org.au/vic/Pages/Home.aspx. Your log-in details will initially be organised by your manager or supervisor.

Access to payroll information

To access your online pay slips, you will need your password.  All new staff members are assigned a Pay Profile username and password when they begin working for YMCA Victoria. Login details would have been sent to your postal address upon work commencement. For further assistance, you can email the Payroll Helpdesk
