YMCA Victoria is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Casey Demons Football Club.
Both organisations have strong links in the City of Casey and this agreement will assist in their common goals of individual and community development in the region.
YMCA Area Manager Barry Harrison looks forward to the opportunities the partnership will provide.
“There is great potential for both clubs, we are very excited about the future possibilities,” he said.
This agreement will offer YMCA members access to a number of exclusive benefits including free entry to designated Casey Demons home games, apparel and merchandise discounts and member promotions.
The deal will see the YMCA logo featured prominently on the front of the Casey Demons’ VFLW guernsey.
“We want to encourage women in sport and this partnership supports elite sporting pathways for local female athletes,” said Harrison.
Casey general manager of football, Peter Maynard, said the partnership would provide a major boost for the club’s football program.
“This agreement gives our staff and players access to the seven YMCA-managed Casey facilities, boosting our rehab and recovery sessions to further strengthen our high-performance program. This is a significant show of faith in the Casey Demons and what we are hoping to build at Casey Fields. We look forward to a long, successful and mutually beneficial partnership with the YMCA.”
YMCA Victoria is proud to sponsor the Casey Demons and encourage all our members to get down to Casey Fields to support this great club.
