The YMCA offers fun, safe and affordable education and care programs for children including early learning, before and after school programs, Occasional care, and school holiday programs.
Need quality child care for your children? With the YMCA, your children are in good hands.
YMCA Victoria is accredited as a child safe organisation. This accreditation was awarded by the Australian Childhood Foundation, a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting children and families devastated by abuse, family violence and neglect. Your child’s safety is our number one priority.
What does becoming part of a YMCA children’s program mean for your child?
As a minimum, two educators are on duty at all times at our centres. This exceeds the minimum staffing requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and helps ensure your child is safe, giving our qualified educators the time to concentrate on their individual needs.
Our early learning (child care) and outside school hours care programs operate under the National Quality Framework and are Child Care Benefit approved, ensuring you receive excellent value for money.
YMCA Children’s Programs are a vibrant and essential part of the communities in which we work. Our unique approach to programming, our links in local communities to other services and organisations, and our commitment to local children and families is part of what makes our children’s programs unique.
