Group fitness classes keep you motivated – and with so many to choose from, you’ll never be bored!

Working out with others is far more enjoyable than training on your own.

It’s also been proven more effective. (All good personal trainers are integrating group fitness into their programs because it offers so many benefits.)

Regular group workouts become something you really look forward to. They make it much easier to stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.

And exercising with a friend is an even better way to stay motivated, keep fit, and have fun!

YMCA group fitness classes cater for everyone, regardless of age, gender, fitness or level of experience.

Many centres run family-friendly groups that kids under 16 love, too.
